Welcome to Sugar Free 30 (the “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sugar Free 30 is a web application that helps you complete a 30-day no-added-sugar challenge. It includes daily check-ins, streak tracking, recipes, lessons, and articles. The content is educational and informational only and is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or psychological advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree not to share your account or use someone else's.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The first 5 days of the 30-day challenge are free. To continue past Day 5, you may choose one of the following plans:

• Monthly — $5/month, billed automatically each month until cancelled.
• Lifetime — $19 one-time, granting permanent access.

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, collection of applicable VAT/sales taxes, and is the seller of record for your purchase. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (a link is provided in the app's Settings page or in your billing emails). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after that.

Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund policy. EU/EEA consumer rights regarding distance contracts and digital content apply where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy substantial portions of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content without permission.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

All content in the Service — including text, lessons, articles, recipes, design, graphics, and code — is owned by the operator or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the content for your own use of the Service.

Sugar Free 30 provides general educational and wellness information only. It is NOT medical, nutritional, psychological, or other professional advice. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have any medical condition. People with diabetes, hypoglycemia, eating disorders, or other metabolic or health conditions should consult their physician before reducing or eliminating sugar. You assume all risks associated with your dietary choices.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights).

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Czech Republic shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence within the EU.
